An interactive live poll during the session revealed a sobering truth: a staggering majority of attendees, ranging from senior designers to tech leads, regularly face high stress and mental fatigue. The lesson? We are designing for others while our own internal systems are crashing.

The keynote served as a wake-up call. We cannot solve mental health challenges with outdated HR tools. The reception of the “Human Glitch” concept showed that the industry is desperate for a shift from reactive to predictive support.
