Developing an employer value proposition

We began by helping RET define a compelling employer value proposition (EVP), designed to attract talent aligned with its mission. Through workshops, we engaged current employees to identify RET’s strengths and uniqueness as a workplace. This collaborative approach enabled RET to clarify its employer brand identity, connecting more effectively with prospective talent who value purpose-driven work.

Gap analysis and E-recruitment optimisation

Ganes conducted a comprehensive gap analysis and developed a project implementation plan. This included updating RET’s E-recruitment system, based on user needs and feedback, to streamline hiring. We worked closely with RET’s internal mobility team to support staff reassignment, focusing on internal growth and exploring new possibilities for current employees.
