Talent acquisition at the RET became a priority. Behind the scenes, hundreds of professionals are dedicated to ensuring safe and comfortable public transportation in the Rotterdam area.
Every year, RET faces the challenge of filling hundreds of vacancies across various fields. With an aging workforce, this issue is becoming even more critical. RET turned to Ganes to find sustainable solutions.
We started by developing an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to enhance RET’s employer brand value. Turns out the RET had already al lot we can work with. They just were not familiar with an employer brand and an EVP. So during development, we also educated the RET about this.
Employees and managers received training on inclusive interview techniques, using the E-recruitment system, and effectively communicating their budget-driven recruitment needs. The first steps in bias free and inclusive communication were taken. Most people had a different view on diversity and inclusion. After a workshop, most of the opinions were changed positively.
