Talent Acquisition at CBR
The Dutch Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (CBR) is dedicated to ensuring road safety and mobility across the Netherlands. As it shifts from a traditional agency to a modern public service provider, CBR needed a scalable, efficient talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire examiners and operational staff committed to its mission. Ganes Solutions partnered with CBR to build a tailored recruitment process to support this transition.
CBR aimed to bring in 400 new hires, including 100 examiners and 300 operational staff, within a year. Ganes Solutions worked with CBR to enhance employer branding, develop a strong candidate experience, and create a process that attracts high-quality candidates aligned with CBR’s vision for a safe and mobile Netherlands.
