Cultural assessment and communication strategy

Ganes Solutions conducted an in-depth SWOT analysis, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative data, to understand employee motivations and the factors influencing retention. We developed a communication strategy that addressed employee concerns about restructuring, especially for staff nearing retirement. Transparent, inclusive communication was key in building trust and reducing transition anxiety.

Talent development and support

Working closely with ABN AMRO’s project team, we supported the bank in carefully managing employee exits while optimizing talent retention. Our approach included identifying and placing employees in roles within the internal mobility center, creating a clear database of potentially impacted employees, and mapping out individual benefits and compensation. This ensured that every exit was handled thoughtfully, with attention to each employee’s career trajectory and unique needs.

Ganes developed tailored exit and retention interview guidelines and trained managers in empathetic, clear communication practices.
