Strategic approach to transforming their HR operations, emphasizing employee engagement with culture development
Through thorough qualitative and quantitative research, a gap analysis was conducted, utilizing existing and available information. Within a month of initiation, a project plan for the design and implementation of an HR Shared Services department was developed.
Employees responded enthusiastically to the initiative of managing their digital personal files and accessing an online platform for important and relevant documents. An additional training plan for leaders was developed and conducted on the job and in-house. With some time and patience, new ways of working were successfully implemented.
Our research indicated that the current HR system was outdated. Further investigation revealed that the system had the potential to be used across the entire organization. An upgrade was prepared, incorporating process designs from a user perspective under the “Program of Wishes.” Which became the leading document during the change. We also added user stories to the document.
