Culture development at Rabobank was a result of the response to evolving global banking demands for efficiency, security, and high-quality standards, Rabobank’s Corporate Compliance department initiated a strategic reorganization with a focus on employee engagement.

Sessions with leadership were organized to discuss the vision, mission, and reorganization ideas, emphasizing the performance and competency levels of the new leadership team. A strategic HR plan was developed through two dedicated sessions, aligning with the agreed vision and mission. This plan facilitated the preparation for the official approval phase by the works council.

Inclusive Communication

A 24/7 online platform was established to enhance communication and remote teamwork capabilities. We focussed on making sure the tone of voice was according to Rabobank’s voice. Plus we made sure to include FACTS, Q&A and personal contact via the platform was possible.

Performance Management

Strategic workforce planning involved creating a detailed overview of current employees and their roles, leading to a gap analysis for the desired new strategic resource planning.
